Shipping Policy 
  • Once your order is sent out, it  takes 5-6 working days to arrive. Occasionally, delivery time may change due to unexpected circumstances, but we are committed to getting your order to you as fast as possible.
  • We ship Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and special holidays.

Tracking order: 

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, enabling you to monitor the status of your shipment.

Unforeseen Circumstances:

  • In rare cases where delivery becomes impossible due to reasons beyond the control of Imprint Galleria, including but not limited to inadequate courier services in the delivery area, inaccessibility of the delivery location, or force majeure events, we will promptly notify you of the inability to deliver and proceed with cancelling your order. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to you
  • While we cannot guarantee or be held responsible for products lost or damaged in transit due to the performance of our carriers, we will assist our customers in any way possible to tackle deficiencies in third-party shipping services. 

Even in situations where the delivery address poses a challenge, we will do our utmost to ensure your order arrives on time. In such cases, we may reach out to you via the email address or phone number you provided during the order process to confirm the delivery address, assuring a smooth and prompt delivery experience.

Incorrect Contact Details

In case incorrect contact details are provided from your end and the delivery company cannot reach you, the package will be returned to our warehouse.

We will try contacting you on the registered phone number or email address and if we are able to get through, we will resend you the package with an additional delivery charge. In case we can’t reach you, we will refund the payment made by you, after subtracting the delivery charges.
